President
Martin is an experienced and resourceful business leader, investor, and advisor for companies of all sizes and industries. He is frequently called in to help companies with underperforming operations to improve processes and institute lean thinking and principles. He is particularly adept at assessing underlying strategic or business process issues. He adds significant value through his process orientation and broad understanding of what drives a successful business. With his excellent communication and people skills he quickly gains the confidence of staff at all levels and gets the most out of his teams. He uses people, process, structure, and organization skills to drive positive results.
Martin is a well-recognized manufacturing professional and a noted specialist of continuous improvement principles, lean manufacturing tools and Gemba techniques.
GARY LES
Senior level executive
Gary is a successful senior level executive with over 30 years of quality experience in exceeding revenue, profit, and corporate growth objectives. His extensive background includes strategic planning, business development, manufacturing, distribution, P&L responsibility, worldwide supply chain management, technology solutions, mergers/acquisitions, and legal affairs.
Gary can add real value to a middle-market or large company that competes in the global marketplace. In his roles as President/CEO/COO he has managed international manufacturing and distribution projects that encompass all aspects of business growth, innovation, and value creation. He is prepared to assist you in navigating today’s business challenges.
Gary is a proven leader of people. Through his passionate and collaborative style, he motivates, inspires, and empowers his management teams and personnel at all levels to drive noteworthy business results. He has managed people and projects in over 35 countries. In his various executive roles at strategic suppliers in a number of industries, Gary has delivered value to some of the best companies in the world including, but not limited to, GE Healthcare, Medtronic, Drager, Rockwell Automation, Cummins, Illinois Tool Works, Bank of America, McDonald’s, PepsiCo, Kroger, and Home Depot.

Gary serves on the Boards of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. He is a graduate of Northwestern University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics where he was a NCAA scholarship athlete. He earned a MBA degree from Loyola University and a JD degree from DePaul University. Gary is a licensed attorney and a featured speaker on innovation, international business, China, and India.
